Terms and Conditions of the Service Agreement

Definitions:
'we','us','our' means Nameste Internet.
'you','users','your','their' means the customer

you agree that;

when you are registering a domain you are not violating any trademarks or any other laws regarding that name.

you are not registering a domain that you intend to use illegally or with any intent of malice or wrong doing.

any name disputes are to be resolved between the involved parties in a lawful, legal and just manner.

registering a domain does not hand over any legal rights to a trade name.

we will not be held liable to any disputes regarding the registration of a domain.

you are responsible for doing any searches on trademarks before registering a domain.

we cannot promise a domain will be registered for you until you have received notification.

we cannot promise that the domain will be registered for you or in your name.

when registering a domain you are doing so in accordance with the terms and conditions of that naming authority.

any domain registration fees or monies or refunds will be given at the discretion of the Nameste Internet in the event of you canceling the domain before the renewal date.

we cannot be held liable in any way for the use of your domain.

we reserve the right to terminate your account without giving any reason if any disputes arise regarding your domain.

we shall not be held liable in the event of a naming authority canceling (the use of) your domain due to your conduct.

you cannot transfer a domain away from our servers until the domain has been paid for in full to us.

you are responsible for your data on our servers.

we cannot be held liable for any data lost or damaged on our servers.

you responsible for getting sufficient insurance cover for loss or damage to your data.

we cannot be held responsible for the quality or accuracy of data that any person will receive from our servers.

we cannot be held responsible for any loss, undelivered or wrongly routed mail.

you will not store data on our servers that violate or infringe any laws or regulations.

you will not store, submit, upload, link to data that is of a malicious, unlawful, pornographic, threatening, racist, or any reasonably objectionable nature. we reserve the right to decide upon what constitutes such behaviour.

you cannot store material containing a virus or harmful programme. Anyone with such material, we reserve the right to have their services suspended and/or cancelled without prior warning.

you will not deal with unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or any intellectual property rights.

your account is for your personal use only and that you cannot re-sell your webspace.

you must not divulge your password to anyone else.

you take reasonable precautions that your password is not discovered by others.

you inform us of any security breaches or unauthorised use of your account.

you understand that every effort is made to ensure the security of our servers but we cannot be held liable to lost or damaged data from the result of unauthorised access or hackers.

we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to not being able maintaining 100% server uptime status.

we are not responsible for maintaining the look, designing or debugging any scripts on your site.

when you log into your account you are saying that you agree with the terms and conditions and that you will comply to them.

we reserve the right to suspend any services without prior notification. Reasons will be given to those that have their services suspended for periods longer than one calendar month. we do not need to give reasons for Cancellations of services that breach the terms and conditions of the contract agreement.

You shall indemnify us and hold us harmless from any breach by you of these terms and conditions and any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from your use of the services and the server including, without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, incurred by us in consequences of your breach or non-compliance of this agreement.
